Information you give us

• Contact and quote requests: your name, email address, phone number, website address, the service you are interested in, your timeline and anything you write in your message.
• The MAGNET Test: the website address you want tested, and your name and email address so we can send you the report.
• Booking a call: the details you enter in our booking calendar, such as your name, email address, phone number and the time you choose.
• Emails, calls and messages: anything you send us directly, including attachments.
• Clients: billing details, project content, logins and other material you provide so we can deliver the work.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, our servers and tools record standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and the date and time of each visit. We use this to keep the website secure, fix problems and understand how it is used.

Information about the website you submit

When you take the MAGNET Test, we visit and analyse the public pages of the website address you submit, as any visitor could, to produce your report. Please only submit a website you own or are allowed to have reviewed.

Where it is processed

We are based in Canada and some of our service providers are in other countries, including the United States. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live, and we take steps to make sure it is protected wherever it is handled.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent.
