For 12 years I laced up construction boots every morning, knowing it wasn’t my calling. When I started out as an immigrant entrepreneur, with no name and no network, I tried every marketing tactic I could find, and I still couldn’t earn people’s trust online fast enough.
Then my older brother led me to faith. Reading Colossians 3:23–24, it became clear that poor marketing was never the real problem. People choose who they trust, and trust is earned by doing the work with all your heart, as if for the Lord, not for applause. That is where the Magnetic Growth System began.
I also learned the hard way that growth can cost too much: client deadlines stole too many of my family evenings. So I say it to every client, and on the Good Success Podcast: stop trading your soul for growth.
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
